Volunteering Opportunity! Be one of the first people to benefit from Helm – Leeds’ new person held health and care record!
Helm is a new person held record accessible by phone, tablet or PC from Leeds City Council and NHS organisations across the City. It is designed to help you manage your own health and care, making vital information and support available at your fingertips.
Helm is now live and we are recruiting our first cohort of pilot users, who will help test our first developments. The feedback from this group will be vital in helping to shape the future direction of Helm and we are particularly keen to hear views on the Top Three Things About Me and Help and Advice features which are now available.
We are also working on a number of other new developments in the coming months including care plans, diabetes and support for carers. We will be asking for feedback on these elements of Helm, as and when they become available.
If you can spare a little time to be part of our test phase, we would love to hear from you. All we ask is that you register for Helm, test it out and let us know your feedback.
